Special Group Packages

Special Group Cancellation Policy
The last day to make your reservation at a specified “special” group rate is 30 days prior to the date of the function. Extra person(s) charges apply after 2 people. This special rate will NOT be available after the cut-off day. No exceptions.
Room Cancellation Policy
The Washington Irving Inn accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Your credit card number will be taken when you reserve your room. A deposit will be required at that time and will be applied to the last day of your stay. The balance of payment will be required via check within one week of making your reservation.
We request room cancellations are made according to the following schedule:
- Weekend-14 days prior to arrival date;
- Holiday and Peak Periods-30 days prior to arrival date;
- Midweek-3 days prior to arrival date.
If for any reason you must cancel within that period, you are responsible for the rate of the room for each night you reserved unless we can re-book your canceled room. We will make every effort to sell the room in your favor.
